Helping a tennis coach to get rid of his lower back and leg pain and return to full movement
Our interest in the body’s movement patterns started with our personal experience of competitive participation in dance and sports such as Rugby, Triathlon, Ironman, Marathon, Endurance Cycling and Swimming.
This experience, combined with current ‘hands on’ involvement in these sports at a high level, helps us understand how the body responds to the demands placed on it. To this we have added our specific training and qualifications.
The sum total of this is a solid expertise in biomechanics and a passion for applying a range of established and progressive techniques to get more long-lasting and complete solutions for your issues.
We have 3 practitioners with accredited qualifications in Osteopathy, Sports & Remedial Massage , as well as professional training in Medical Acupuncture, Gait Analysis and Anatomy in Motion

Osteopathy is not always about the treatment. It’s what the patient does between treatments that matters.
