Please note that under our policy we require 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend an appointment. Payment for the session is due if you give less than 24 hours notice as we may not be able to fill the appointment at short notice. However, if you give us less than 24 hours notice but are able to rebook your session within 2 working days of the original session booked, then you’ll only pay the original session cost when you then attend
